Commonwealth Procurement Rules

 

Procurement rules for all grantees

All procurement of goods and services using grant funds must follow Commonwealth Procurement Rules, including obtaining three quotes for all purchases. The complete Procurement Rules are found via this link, and all applicants are encouraged to review the rules.

 

Further negotiation may be required to finalise the grant agreement

Once proposals are received, the PNGAAA team may contact applicants to clarify details or request further information before a grant agreement is developed.
This is a normal part of the assessment and due‑diligence process.
